These Terms of Service set expectations for the city-trip car rental booking/quote request flow on strataloomph.com. If you submit a request, you are asking us to consider availability and provide rental details and/or a quote. A submitted request does not necessarily guarantee availability or a final price.

For online booking of rental services, we provide consumer pre-contractual information and seller identification details. If you place an online order/booking on the website, mandatory seller/provider information is accessible directly, simply, and stably on the site, in accordance with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію", стаття 7 Закону України "Про електронну комерцію".

3. Availability and quote/request processing

• We may be unable to fulfill every request due to vehicle availability, seasonal demand, operational constraints, or verification requirements.
• Quotes may depend on rental dates, pick-up/drop-off locations, mileage, insurance options, and other parameters provided during the request.
• Your request may be reviewed manually. We may contact you to clarify details before confirming availability and final terms.
• We do not guarantee that the quote or availability shown or discussed will remain unchanged if your circumstances change or if demand/availability updates.

4. Your obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting a booking/quote request (including contact details).
• Ensure that you are authorized to make the request and to provide information on behalf of any additional passengers/drivers, if applicable.
• Keep your contact details accurate so we can reach you regarding the request.

5. Personal data and privacy

If you submit a booking/quote request by entering personal data (e.g., name, phone, email), we process it for purposes related to handling your request and communicating with you. Processing is based on a lawful basis, and we provide disclosures in our privacy notices. Required lawful-basis conditions and disclosures are provided under Закон України "Про захист персональних даних", Стаття 6 Закону України "Про захист персональних даних", Стаття 11 Закону України "Про захист персональних даних".

6. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, strataloomph.com is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your request, including situations where we cannot confirm availability. This limitation does not exclude liability where it is prohibited by applicable mandatory law.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including interruptions of connectivity or technical failures not attributable to us).
